Every town has good blokes. But blokes aren’t always great at talking about the stuff
that matters or finding new social circles. We tend to stick with what we
know. That’s where WNOW is different.
We create a space where men create new connections, can exercise with others and talk
honestly about things they might not normally talk about. Nobody is forced to
share. Nobody is there to diagnose or fix anyone.
Every week, men meet early for a bit of exercise, meet new blokes, have a laugh and
grab a coffee.
As mate ships form and trust builds, the body armor starts to drop off.
