Are you grieving the loss of a loved one?
A free Blue Care Grief and Loss Programme commences on Tuesday, 5 May.
It will be held at the Sunrise Beach Uniting Church, 6 Grasstree Court, Sunrise Beach from 2-4pm each Tuesday for eight weeks.
The programme offers support, friendship and techniques to deal with grief.
