Free Yoga for Veterans and First Responders 💪

We’re offering every Veteran and First Responder a month of free yoga with us, including Police, Ambulance and Fire and Rescue. Start anytime until 18th November.

Last weekend we watched Veterans from all around the world compete through two days of pouring rain and just keep going. Zenko was the Official Yoga & Recovery Partner for Veteran Games National Finals, and Ryan led the Relax, Reset & Unwind Sessions at the close of each day.

Ryan’s a Veteran himself. He found yoga on deployment in the middle of a war zone in Kabul, Afghanistan, and came home in the best state of all his deployments, not just physically but emotionally and mentally.

Noosa Chorale brings a traditional
Celtic theme to its Christmas Cheer concert this year.

Supported by local Celtic band The
Barleyshakes, the concert presents music steeped in the Celtic traditions of
Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Cornwall and Brittany.

The lilting vocal harmonies combine
beautifully with the lively sounds of the violin and the tin whistle, the harp
and the bodhran.

Audiences can join in the cheerful
singing of the best-known carols at this festive occasion of joy and goodwill.

This year, once again, the Chorale’s
famous Christmas raffle has fabulous prizes from local businesses and
communities.
