Knitfest is back – July 5th and 6th in the beautiful hinterland town of Maleny!

Now in its 8th exciting year, Knitfest has become one of the Sunshine Coast’s most loved events – and this year we’re bringing you a fresh new format: the Knitfest Yarn Markets!

This vibrant event celebrates all things fibre and creativity – with around 100 fabulous stalls showcasing hand-dyed yarns, wool, felt, knitwear, fibre art supplies, spinning tools, and so much more.

What’s On:

• Around 100 stalls of fibre art heaven

• Featuring boutique indie yarn dyers, knitwear designers, felting artists, and more

• Meet the makers—some raise the fleece, dye the yarn, and sell it exclusively at Knitfest!

• Learn a new skill with our hands-on workshops

• Exhibitions, displays, yarnbombing and art installations

• Enjoy live music with Mark Easton and soak in the crafty atmosphere

Find us at Maleny State School Hall – Saturday and Sunday
Plus, Maleny RSL Hall – Saturday only
