108th Beersheba Day – Woombye
The 2nd Light Horse Regiment – Woombye Troop invites you to join us in commemorating the legendary mounted charge of the Australian Light Horse.

Programme:
10:00 am – Troop Parade through Woombye (there could be up to 30 horses parading)
10:15 am – Memorial Service at Memorial Park
Following the service, the Light Horse Park Museum will be open. Share in tea, damper, ANZAC biscuits, and a classic sausage sizzle.
This is a family-friendly, all-ages event – a chance to gather, reflect, and pay respects to the service and sacrifice of the Light Horse.
Come together in remembrance and honour.
